By accessing our website or submitting a business inquiry, you agree to these terms.

1. Business Nature

Fatma Fragrance Oil (Fatma Perfumes) operates strictly as a B2B fragrance oil supplier and perfume manufacturing service provider.

We do not offer retail e-commerce services through this domain.

2. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access
• Not copy or duplicate content, formulations, or materials without consent

3. Quotations & Orders

• All quotations are valid only for the duration mentioned.
• Prices may vary based on raw material cost, quantity, or customisation.
• Orders are confirmed only after written approval and advance payment.
• Custom formulations are non-refundable.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQs vary depending on product type, packaging, and formulation.
This will be communicated during project discussions.

5. Production & Lead Time

• Lead times depend on formulation complexity and packaging availability.
• Delays caused by suppliers, logistics, or external factors are not our responsibility.
• Estimated timelines are guidelines only.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship locally within UAE and internationally.
• Customers are responsible for:
  • Correct address
  • Customs duties & taxes
  • Import regulations
• Once handed to the shipping provider, transit responsibility shifts to the courier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Given the nature of fragrance oils and custom manufacturing:

• All sales are final
• No returns or refunds for oils, samples, or private label projects
• Replacements offered only for wrong or damaged shipments
  Damage must be reported within 24 hours with proof

Scent preference is not a valid reason for refunds.

8. Custom Formulations & Ownership

• All custom formulations remain the intellectual property of Fatma Perfumes unless a full formulation buyout is agreed in writing.
• Customers may not request duplication rights without a separate contract.
• Packaging designs created by us remain our property unless paid for.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Allergic reactions or misuse of products
• Losses due to delays or third-party logistics
• Indirect or incidental damages

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product/service purchased.

10. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content, images, formulations, and materials on fatmafragranceoil.com are owned by Fatma Perfumes.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be reflected with a changed “Last Updated” date.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
